General
If you are under 18 years old you have to have your parents approval to order from Sandqvist.
All products remain as property of Sandqvist until full payment has been made.
We reserve ourselves for any eventual fault in printing on the site.
Due to the digital format of photographs we can not grant that the pictures are exactly reflecting the real products.
All attempts to deceit will be reported to the Police.
All prices include 25% swedish VAT.
For orders from countries outside the EU, the sum to pay will not include swedish VAT. Local VAT and import customs if applicable may have to be payed in your own country.


Payment
You can pay with Visa or MasterCard. No fee is charged for card payments.

 

Delivery time
Delivery time within Sweden is 2 -10 working days. Normal delivery time is around 3 working days. For deliveried outside Sweden 1-3 days will be added.

We reserve ourselves against sold out products, and if only a part of  your ordered is in stock, we will ship what is available and inform you.

 

Shipment
Shipment within Sweden is Free of Charge at order value above 498kr. For orders below 498kr we charge 100kr for the shipment.
Within Europe (outside Sweden) we charge 26 EUR for the shipment.
For rest of the world, the shipment cost is 70 EUR.

We use Posten as the forwarder in Sweden and UPS outside Sweden.
They will deliver to a hub near you and you will be notified by SMS when the delivery has arrived. Therefore it is important that you give your mobile phone number at the registration.

 

Returns and exchanges
Customers within Sweden have full return right within 14 days after receiving the products, given that the product is unused and in original conditions. For customers outside Sweden the same right applies but within 7 days. During Christmas 2011 we have extended the return right. Purchases made during december 2011 can be returned on 10 January 2012 latest.

Under Julen 2011 gäller förlängd ångerrätt. Du har rätt att returnera varor köpta under december månad senast den 10 Januari 2012.

In case of exchange or return, you will pay for the return freight, and Sandqvist will not refund any shipment or payment costs. In case of a quality claim due to damaged or faulty product, we will refund what you have paid, including the freight cost.

We follow Swedish laws in case of returns and in case of any disputes.

 

Return Freight
If you need to return a product, please contact us and we will send a return waybill.

The cost for the return freight is 100 kr within Sweden, 30 EUR in Europe and 70 EUR in rest of the world, and will be deducted from the payment refund to you.

Use the same box as goods received in, and stick the return waybill over the old waybill and give the package in to the forwarder. Please note that you as a customer are responsible for the goods until it reached us, why it is important you keep the tracking number.

 

Payment refund
In case of a return we will refund your payment, deducted with the freight cost as described above. Any payment costs related to the purchae will not be refunded. We will refund your payment to your bank account as soon as we have recieved the product back and confirmed that it is unused and in original condition.

 

Quality claims
You have the right to claim and return a product  if it is broken or if you have got the wrong product delivered by us. A defect caused by normal usage does not entitle quality claim rights.

We do not accept quality claims of products purchased more then 1 year ago.

Please contact us at info(at)sandqvist.net and explain the reason of the claim. Please attach pictures of the faulty product; it makes it easier to judge the claim.

 A return due to wrong model or color is only accepted within 30 days after your purchase.
After we accepted the claim we will send you a return waybill to return the product free of charge.

 When we have received and approved the claim we will do one of following:

 1. If the product can be repaired we will repair it and return it to you. We will pay for the shipment.

2. If the product is not repairable, we will send you anew product. We will pay for the shipment.
3. If the product is  not repairable and sold out we will refund you for the product

 

Transport damages
If a package is damaged at arrival, you should report it immediately at the site. If you have opened the package and detect a damage, please contact to us.

 

 

Non collected deliveries
A package will be kept at the delivery hub for 14 days. If you don’t collect it and we get it in return, we will charge you for the costs arisen, 300kr within Sweden, 50 EUR in Europe and 60 EUR in rest of the world.

 

 

Personal data
According to swedish law, we have to ask for your approval to treat your personal data.

All the information you give us or that we get through your visit of our site will be handled by Sandqvist in trait of responsible of personal data. The information will be used to enable us to fulfill our business responsibilities to you and in marketing purposes. Sandqvist will not provide your personal data to a 3rd party in marketing purposes unless you agree to it. If the personal data is incorrect or irrelevant you have the right to request them to be corrected or deleted.

 

Safe payment
We cooperate with Textalk AB and Auriga who provide the card payment service with 3DSecure. The transaction of credit card data is encrypted. Sandqvist do not store any credit card data.

3Dsecure is a technique developed by VISA to verify that the person using a card for a purchase also is the holder of the card. Payment at Sandqvist web shop support 3Dsecure.

 

Force Majeure
If Sandqvist fails to comply with the agreement because of unusual adverse circumstances outside of its control due to force majeure such as strikes, civil unrest, war or natural catastrophes such as earthquakes, volcanic action and other similar matters, then Sandqvist cannot be held responsible.
